Development Concept of the Department:

• Enhancing the scientific and pedagogical potential of the Department, and cultivating a strong personal and professional capacity among faculty members and mentor-educators, who will continue to develop the potential of future specialists;
• Continuous creative search for ways to improve the professional training of land management specialists;
• Integrating the Department within the University into the European and global educational and scientific space;
• Developing partnerships with corresponding departments of other higher education institutions, research organizations, and state land management authorities;
• Ensuring social protection for all Department personnel.
